Our last night stay in Scotland here is remarkable. We had great time with hosts and animals. My son even helped Fiona to give treatments for the lambs. Such a lovely place and unforgettable experience here. I also saw a lot of highland cows on the way to farm. They are so close. I completed all my dreamed experience for my Scotland trip. If you have kids on the trip, I highly recommend you to spend a day or two here on the farm. You won’t regret it.
The bed is very warm and comfortable. The shared big kitchen is very convenient. Hot shower and toilet are nice too.

One word - magic!

A couple more words - blooming wonderful!

We stayed in the two wagons for a very special Saturday night - my wife and our two (grown-up) sons.

We got to meet sheep, ponies, pigs, chickens, ducks, chicks, ducklings - all marshalled by farmyard dog (Tay) who was the friendliest guide ever - we even got to feed orphaned lambs!

The setting is amazing - I sat on the step of the wagon, watching the sun roll over gentle fields which stretched down and off into the distance and into a hazy blur of magical memories.

It was a little slice of heaven - we could feel worries just fall from our shoulders.

We strolled, we chatted, we chilled out and then we warmed ourselves at the firepit - sharing drinks, giggles and a wonderful sunset. Then the stars came out to play...

A tonic for mind, body and soul.

We will be back - thanks Pitmeadow!
